Shipping

Each piece is made to order and takes anywhere from 1-8 days to construct, depending on the intricacy of the piece. Themed sets and customs can take up to 14 days to design, order additional supplies needed and construct. Holidays and weekends are excluded; however, if you need a set by a certain date, please feel free to shoot me a message via the contact form or on social media and I will work to have your item to you by that date or communicate the date that I can have it by. Additional shipping rates/rush rates may apply for items shipped via priority mail. With this in mind, once your item is shipped, it is no longer in my hands and I cannot be held responsible for shipping times.

Returns

Every item is handmade and should be handled with care. For the best results, please make sure your items are not left in extreme temperatures, away from moisture, chemicals of any kind, and most preferably in covered jewelry storage. If left on a jewelry stand, make sure the stand is placed in an area away from humidity, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight. For cleaning, you may use a cloth dampened with soapy water, then immediately wipe dry. Care should be taken with Jelly Birkins because they could scratch if not handled with care.

All pieces are non-refundable; however, if you are unhappy with your piece, please contact me within 24-hours of receiving your item so that we can discuss a mutually beneficial solution. If I accept an exchange, you agree to accept responsibility for all shipping costs and your item may or may not be resold at a discounted rate.

Disclaimer

Although I do take care in only using steel posts and backings, some are more sensitive than others. If at any point your earrings are causing an allergic reaction, please use customary diligence by taking them off and discontinuing use. I am happy to replace your posts with plastic posts and backings at no extra charge, so please send me a note either right before or after submitting your order.
